Us VS Them

No heat seats here at planet!!!  We do not pressure anybody into purchasing a vehicle; instead, encourage informed decisions offering all the value (our value packet) behind purchasing from us.

All staff is hand selected without 10+ years in the car business.  This means that they have not developed any bad habbits and can be trained the right way from the get go.

We give transparent pricing regarding the price of the vehicle, financing terms, financing rates, and trade in.  Surprisingly, being honest is actually rare in this industry.

If there is a number involved, we have third party software to justify it.  All numbers can be and are validated with every customer so nobody walks away thinking they have been taken advantage of.

We advertise honest numbers here at Planet.  When we send out mailers or e-mails that break down what each incentive is and how you qualify for it.

If a deal can not be made we will give you the entire "value packet" to take home in order to make the most informed decision possible.  This will hold warranty information, what we did to recondition the vehicle, a CarFax, edmunds or KBB on your trade, and of course the numbers.  And no, the offer isn't good just for today.

The list can go on and on.  The best way to get a feel for it is to experience it first hand.

Your Family,

Planet Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram

Other dealerships focus on "beating up" the customer with teams and teams of closers who focus on exhausting people into a purchasing decision.  Unfortunatley the dishonest guy wins enough for this to still work.

The sales team has had many many years of experience exercising ancient antics revolving around grinding and pressuring the customer.  They are called the "hammer" or "closer".

Prices are not on the cars.  If you ask what the price is, they will typically use two numbers "oh that is $18,000 or $19,000 dollars".  That is a HUGE difference!

They spend more time telling you why your trade is worth less rather then justifying there number by referring to a third party program.  They are a team of "hammers" and "closers".  Remember this.

Advertising will have every possible discount in the final price and the customer only qualifies for some.  They will explain that when you fall into there trap.

There is no going home without purchasing the vehicle.  If you do manage to escape, they use a tactic called "poisoning the well".  A crazy low number will be offered and when you go to the honest guy, the offer cannot be matched so you will go back and the dancing will begin.  That number will not be honored.  It works on enough people to still be used today.

Notate the above to avoid frusterations.
